2008 POSTER & LIMERICK CONTEST

We drink IT.  We cook with IT.  We use IT for recreational purposes. Our bodies are mostly IT.

IT is water.

Without water, things look pretty bad.

Water is Life!

Everyone wants to help improve the world, but sometimes the scope of the world’s problems seems beyond the reach of one person.  Sometimes we are tempted to believe that large agencies and organizations will take care of this important work, without out help.

Keeping our water supplies clean and safe is the responsibility of everyone; students, parents, farmers, ranchers, and corporate agencies.  We have a duty to learn about safe practices and to teach the next generation how to continue the practices we have started.

Thought give to these posters and limericks helps remind us how important each person is to the process of protecting our water, conserving our natural resources, and improving the world one person at a time.

Join us as we help share with friends and neighbors the very important reasons “Water is Life.”
